GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation is a regulation that came into force on May 25, 2018.

We collect information about you in order to perform our work in a correct and professional manner. We do not collect more information than is necessary to carry out our work properly and comply with the legal requirements that exist in our area of work.
The information is treated confidentially in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the handling of personal data.
The information we collect is the information we receive from our clients or that you yourself have provided to us. We also collect information from eg credit information companies, address databases etc.
What personal information is handled by us?
Any information that may be derived from you as a person is treated as personal data.
Information we process can be, for example, name, social security number, invoice address, specific postal address, email address, mobile number, account number, income information, payment history etc.
How long is your personal information stored?
Capway stores your personal information for as long as it takes to perform our work properly depending on the type of service and work we do.
We also save the data for as long as required by the Money Laundering and Accounting Act etc.
What rights do I have as a customer?
You have the right to receive a record of what personal data is processed by us.
If your personal information is misleading or incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected.
